Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the abcjl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited. abcjl reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances or winnings associated with them.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your abcjl account credentials, including your username and password. abcjl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, failure to verify identity, or any activity that abcjl deems harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other players.
abcjl accepts deposits via approved payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. abcjl does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Deposits are generally credited to your abcjl account instantly or within a few minutes, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals via GCash are typically processed within 15 minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank. abcjl reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
All transactions on the abcjl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). abcjl is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences that may be applied by your payment provider.
abcjl is committed to full compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. abcjl reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities and to freeze accounts pending investigation where required by law.
abcjl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry periods. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. abcjl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. abcjl's decision regarding the application of bonus terms is final and binding.
All games available on the abcjl Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers. In the event of a discrepancy between the game display and the server-side result, the server-side result shall be deemed correct and final.
abcjl uses independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are genuinely random and fair. abcjl does not manipulate game outcomes in any way. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, abcjl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
abcjl's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
abcjl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
abcjl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

abcjl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or illegal activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or any conduct that abcjl determines to be harmful to the Platform or its users.
Upon termination of your account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any applicable fees.
You may close your abcjl account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. abcjl operates under the PAGCOR regulatory framework for Philippine online gaming.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the abcjl Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting abcjl's customer support team. abcjl will endeavor to resolve all disputes within 30 days of receiving a formal written complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
